Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commis Chef role based in Mumbai. The Commis Chef will support the kitchen team in daily food preparation, cooking, and plating for catering orders and events. Responsibilities include assisting with mise en place, following recipes and menus, maintaining high hygiene standards, and ensuring proper storage and rotation of ingredients. The role also involves working closely with senior chefs, learning new techniques,



and helping with kitchen organization, cleaning, and basic inventory tasks.

- Candidates should possess solid Culinary Skills and an interest in learning diverse cuisines.
- Candidates should possess positive Hygiene practices and knowledge of basic food safety standards.
