We Are Hiring Merchandiser Cum Designer In Mumbai Merchandiser Cum Designer Position Merchandiser Cum Designer Location Mumbai Industry Fashion Textile Apparel Home Furnishing Reporting To Design Head Merchandising Manager Only Female can Apply Key Responsibilities Create original design concepts mood boards and tech packs for collections Work closely with clients buyers to understand design briefs and requirements Develop samples and coordinate with sampling production teams Source fabrics trims and other raw materials for designs Conduct trend research and competitor analysis for seasonal collections Prepare cost sheets and finalize pricing with internal teams Manage client communication and follow up on orders and approvals Coordinate with production for timelines quality and delivery Maintain accurate records of design sampling and order status Attend buyer meetings trade shows and exhibitions as needed Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Fashion Design Textile Design or related field 1-3 years of experience as a merchandiser and or fashion designer Proficient in Adobe Illustrator Photoshop CorelDRAW or similar tools Solid understanding of fabrics garment construction and production cycles Excellent communication and time management skills
