We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Press Release Manager to lead our brand s digital presence and media communications The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution ensuring the brand s voice is consistent across platforms and effectively represented in public media channels Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Develop implement and manage the company s social media strategy across platforms Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Twitter X YouTube etc Create engaging content posts stories reels videos aligned with brand objectives Monitor trends hashtags and competitors to optimize reach and engagement Manage community engagement - respond to comments DMs and queries in a timely manner Track analyze and report performance metrics reach engagement conversions Collaborate with design creative and marketing teams for campaigns and promotions Press Release Media Relations Draft edit and distribute press releases media kits and announcements Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists editors and media houses Ensure timely dissemination of newsworthy company updates events or product launches Monitor media coverage and share reports with leadership Coordinate with PR agencies and external partners where required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Marketing Mass Communication Journalism or related field 3-5 years of experience in social media management digital marketing or public relations Strong writing editing and storytelling skills press releases captions blogs In-depth knowledge of social media platforms analytics and tools Meta Business Suite Hootsuite Canva etc Media relations experience with proven success in securing press coverage Ability to multitask prioritize and meet tight deadlines Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency Key Competencies Excellent communication interpersonal skills Solid networking and relationship-building ability Proactive adaptable and solution-oriented Analytical thinking with data-driven decision-making Job Type Full-time Pay 11 457 11 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
