Work with Global Equity team in conjunction with Finance Prepare and book journal entries related to our equity program Reconcile large data sets to ensure accurate management reporting on equity Qualifications Postgraduation degree is mandatory Relevant experience in Accounting underlying knowledge of Equity compensation preferred Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Oracle Must possess solid analytical skills using both qualitative and quantitative data Comfortable working with large data sets from multiple sources Candidate must be eager to continuously improve processes including automating review to identify disconnects in data Ability to communicate verbal written in a direct concise manner Flexible working hours Ideal candidate is a resourceful team player proactive and willing to manage and execute multiple competing priorities
