Job Position Details As an SAS you will be part of a team responsible for performing tasks within the Order to Cash Stream AR billing Revenue recognition Cash apps Collections as well as your involvement in the Month End Closing process and some other specific accounting activities related to the stream The performance should meet the requirements defined in the SLA KPI s Job Responsibilities include Creation Review of the Customer master data project and contract masters Sales Orders change orders Product ID Items and Tasks are created correctly Verify the sales CRM SFDC data is accurately integrated into accounting ERP Thorough understanding of the Sales Orders and Coversheets to set up the billing schedules Milestone completion Invoice templates and Revenue schedules in the accounting ERP Ensure billing schedules Deferred revenue schedules and revenue recognition is accurate Review AR Invoices credit notes before sending the client customer for approval payment Able to understand and handle the Client Customer queries diligently in one two email iterations Close all client customer open items and respond to the Client Customer emails within 24 hr TAT and within 4 hr TAT for urgent critical emails Close monitoring and coordination with Cash Collections Team on unapplied and unidentified payments AR sub-ledger close process and other Month End activities Deferred Revenue Revenue fluctuation analysis Bad debt provision Unbilled Revenue WIP Sales commission Sales Tax Review AR Balance Sheet Reconciliations GL vs Sub-GL Contra AR Deferred revenue Billed unbilled other accounts Ensure the merchant accounts are reconciled weekly monthly to keep the accounts tidy Collaboratively work with the Staff Team Lead and Controllers to resolve the Issues Ensure the DTP Procedure documents and checklists are updated timely Record Learning opportunities and recommend the corrective action plan to avoid recurrences Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 600 000 00 per year Perks Commuter assistance Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
