Job Title Accounts Executive Company Description The BigDeal Store is an exciting fashion retailer specializing in men s clothing and accessories We provide fashion for men who want to look their best focusing on style class and elegance with a social conscience Our collection is constantly expanding with meticulously handpicked items chosen by our fashion experts for their superior quality and distinctive style At The BigDeal Store quality and impeccable style are our top priorities and we are proud to bring that same passion for excellence into our workplace culture Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to oversee the financial operations of The BigDeal Store This role involves managing full-cycle accounting ensuring statutory compliance maintaining day-to-day account finalizing and preparing management reports The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Tally Prime with a strong background in account finalization and compliance Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end accounting functions including vouchers invoices reconciliations and ledgers Handle daily banking operations and reconciliations Ensure timely filing of GST TDS and other statutory compliance Prepare financial statements including Profit Loss Balance Sheet MIS and cash flow reports Support audits finalize accounts and maintain records of fixed assets Monitor company budgets expenses and petty cash Generate management reports and provide insights to support decision-making Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or equivalent Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience freshers not eligible Proficiency in Tally Prime is mandatory Strong understanding of GST TDS and Indian taxation laws Experience in preparing MIS reports and handling audits Excellent organizational analytical and financial management skills High ethical standards integrity and attention to detail Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team Job Type Full time Pay From 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate T Nagar Chennai Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Tally 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
