EMEA 2023 and Best Workplaces for Women by Great Place To Work in UK and Ireland 2023 As a consultancy and service provider Version 1 is a digital-first environment and we do things differently We re focused on our core values using these we ve seen significant growth across our practices and our Digital Data and Cloud team is preparing for the next phase of expansion This creates new opportunities for driven and skilled individuals to join one of the fastest-growing consultancies globally We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Project Manager with 10-12 years experience to manage IT projects from initiation through delivery ensuring scope budget and timelines are met The Infrastructure Project Manager will plan execute and deliver complex infrastructure projects such as data center migrations cloud transformations and network upgrades Responsibilities include managing project scope timelines budgets and risks coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors and ensuring timely delivery Key responsibilities Requirements Plan and Deliver Projects Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects cloud migrations data centre builds upgrades deployments Define project scope timelines budgets and deliverables in alignment with business objectives Stakeholder Management Engage with business leaders customers and global teams Ireland UK India to gather requirements and manage expectations Provide regular status updates reports and executive summaries Team Vendor Coordination Coordinate across cross-functional technical teams network cloud operations database application Manage third-party vendors contractors and service providers to ensure quality delivery Governance Risk Management Monitor project risks issues and dependencies develop mitigation plans and contingency strategies Ensure projects comply with security audit and regulatory standards Process Methodology Apply project management frameworks Agile PRINCE2 PMP as appropriate Standardise project documentation reporting and governance in line with organisational practices Continuous Improvement Capture lessons learned and feed into best practices for future projects Champion efficiency automation and shift-left approaches within project delivery Qualifications Essential experience skills 10 - 12 years experience in IT project management with a focus on infrastructure delivery data centre cloud servers networks storage Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time within scope and within budget A strong understanding of infrastructure domains such as networking cloud and virtualization along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills is essential Experience working in a global delivery model collaborating across India UK Ireland or other geographies Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile PRINCE2 or PMP Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills able to present to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong risk management problem-solving and decision-making skills Familiarity with ITIL processes change incident problem management and their impact on project delivery Proficiency with project management tools Jira Conflence MS Project Trello or similar Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Certifications highly desirable PMP Project Management Qualified or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification ITIL Foundation or higher-level certification Agile Scrum Master certification Cloud vendor certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect -
