Job Title Project Executive - Civil Interiors QSR Location Bangalore India Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Project Executive - Civil Interiors QSR to oversee the end-to-end setup of our new restaurant outlets This role involves scouting and finalizing suitable properties coordinating all civil MEP kitchen and interior drawings managing contractor relationships and ensuring timely project execution within budget Key Responsibilities Scout identify and evaluate potential properties for new restaurant outlets including on-ground visits and local legwork Oversee preparation and approval of complete drawings - civil MEP kitchen layouts and interiors Coordinate with architects interior designers and contractors for drawings and execution Supervise on-site works including civil MEP interiors and kitchen installation Ensure project delivery meets brand standards timelines and cost budgets Manage project expenses and provide regular updates to management Handle vendor and local authority coordination for smooth approvals and permits Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety compliance at all stages Required Qualifications Experience Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering 1-4 years of experience in commercial interior projects prior experience in F B QSR industry is an advantage Knowledge of civil works MEP kitchen fit-outs materials and execution processes Solid vendor coordination and expense management skills Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drawing software preferred Proficiency in Kannada and Hindi is mandatory given local vendor and worker interactions Skills Attributes Proactive detail-oriented and execution-focused Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple sites and vendors simultaneously Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore as per project needs Please contact us on 90355 40346 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
