Job Title Quality Assurance - Apparel Bags Location Bhinga Uttar Pradesh Employment Type Full time Industry Apparel Bags Manufacturing We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts across our sportswear production line The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in garment manufacturing especially in T-shirts school uniforms sportswear bags and accessories ensuring products meet both internal standards and buyer expectations Key Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain quality control systems SOPs and best practices Lead supervise and train the Quality Control QC team across all production stages Conduct in-line and final inspections to ensure product compliance with quality benchmarks Establish and uphold quality standards for a diverse product range including sportswear uniforms and accessories Investigate defects analyse root causes and drive corrective and preventive actions Ensure alignment with buyer specifications and global quality norms Collaborate with production merchandising and design teams to proactively manage quality concerns Handle customer feedback and represent the company during third-party audits Maintain and organize detailed QC reports and documentation for internal tracking and external reviews Key Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in sportswear or garment manufacturing in a QC QA role In-depth knowledge of fabrics printing techniques stitching methods and garment finishing Demonstrated experience in working with buyers and managing audits Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proven ability to lead teams communicate effectively and manage cross-functional teams collaboration Preferred Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Textile Technology Apparel Manufacturing or a related discipline Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 360 000 00 per year Work Location In person Application Deadline 22 07 2025 Expected Start Date 15 10 2025
