Job Title Senior Quality Analyst Shift Timing - 3PM to 12AM About Us Primotech is a global IT solutions company delivering excellence in software development and IT projects for enterprises SMBs and startups We combine agile methodologies with deep technical expertise to drive businesses toward digital transformation Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Quality Analyst with hands-on experience in manual and automation testing The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills capable of confidently interacting with international clients to understand requirements and provide regular project updates The role also demands experience in team coordination large data file validation ERP CRM testing and collaboration with cross-functional teams Key Responsibilities QA Process Management Apply comprehensive knowledge of SDLC and STLC to implement structured and efficient testing practices throughout the software lifecycle Manual Testing Test Documentation Develop execute and maintain detailed test plans test cases and scenarios Conduct functional regression integration and exploratory testing ensuring thorough documentation and reporting Defect Tracking Management Identify report and manage defects using tools such as JIRA Bugzilla or HP ALM Collaborate with development teams for timely issue resolution Client Stakeholder Communication Act as the primary QA contact for international clients gathering testing requirements conducting regular meetings and ensuring transparent communication of progress and issues Team Coordination Mentorship Lead or coordinate QA activities within the team Provide guidance to junior QA members and ensure adherence to quality standards Large Data File Validation Validate large datasets and file-based inputs outputs ensuring accuracy completeness and correctness for business-critical processes ERP CRM Testing Execute test cases on ERP e g SAP Oracle and CRM platforms e g Salesforce Zoho verifying data accuracy workflow validation and system integrations Automation Testing Support Contribute to the development and execution of basic automated test scripts using Selenium Postman Python Appium Playwright or similar tools Support the automation team as needed User Acceptance Testing UAT Collaborate with business users and QA teams to define and execute UAT scenarios ensuring solutions meet business and client expectations Process Improvement Identify and suggest enhancements to QA processes and contribute to retrospectives and sprint planning for continuous improvement Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field 3-6 years of experience as a QA Analyst in software development projects Strong manual testing expertise with experience in test case design and defect lifecycle management Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with international clients and stakeholders Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC processes Proficiency in defect management tools like JIRA Bugzilla or HP ALM Strong team player with leadership qualities and mentoring skills How to Apply Interested candidates may share their updated resume at ritika sankhyan primotech com Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Perks Paid sick time Work Location In person
