Job Title Overseas Recruiter Location Mumbai Goregaon Employment Type Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a agile and results-driven Overseas Recruiter to manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process for sourcing international talent The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying attracting and onboarding skilled professionals from various countries to meet the company s staffing needs and ensure compliance with local and international hiring regulations Key Responsibilities Source candidates from international markets through job portals agencies social media and direct outreach Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit Conduct interviews via video calls or in-person during overseas visits and coordinate with hiring managers for evaluations Liaise with overseas recruitment agencies and government-approved agents to streamline the recruitment process Manage documentation and ensure compliance with immigration laws work visas and labor regulations Coordinate with legal and HR teams for processing employment contracts and relocation support Maintain a database of international candidates and develop talent pipelines for critical roles Monitor and report recruitment metrics time-to-fill cost-per-hire etc Represent the company at international job fairs recruitment drives and networking events Stay updated on labor trends immigration laws and overseas employment market conditions Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 3 years of experience in international or overseas recruitment Strong knowledge of global talent sourcing techniques and tools Familiarity with visa processes and labor laws in target countries Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a multicultural environment Willingness to travel internationally if required Proficiency in using ATS Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
