Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to oversee the day-to-day operations at our interior design project sites The Site Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects by coordinating with various teams managing vendors ensuring quality control maintaining safety standards and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time This role requires solid technical expertise project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Apply designs and plans to mark out the site This may include residential retail office or any other projects To prepare cost estimate To do quality checks on site and supervisor work in progress Will share responsibility for site security health and safety and the organization and supervision of material Checking plans drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials Liaising with clients including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress Handling day-to-day management of the site Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site Preparing reports as required Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise Any other task as deemed fit by the management within the skills of a Site Engineer Coordinate with the design team vendors and clients to ensure smooth execution of the project Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure timely completion of each phase of the project Ensure that required materials tools and equipment are available and properly organized for each phase of the project Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality ensuring compliance with project specifications safety standards and company protocols Ensure that all site activities comply with safety cleanliness regulations and standards Provide regular updates on project progress including any challenges or delays Qualifications Educational Requirements Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Interior Design or related field Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office Suite and project management software Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
