Key Responsibilities Plan coordinate and monitor daily production activities to meet output and quality targets Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes for wind turbine spare parts such as blades hubs and gear components Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and ISO quality systems Troubleshoot and resolve production issues minimizing downtime Collaborate with design quality and maintenance teams to improve product reliability and reduce costs Prepare and maintain production reports process documentation and SOPs Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades or recent technologies to improve productivity Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and 5S Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree Diploma in Mechanical Production or Industrial Engineering 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering setup experience in renewable energy or heavy machinery is an advantage Strong knowledge of CNC machining fabrication or casting processes Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Experience Manufacturing - Wind Turbine Spare Components 7 years Preferred manufacturing engineering setup 7 years Preferred CNC machining fabrication or casting processes 7 years Preferred Work Location In person
