Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage installation of aluminum windows doors curtain walls and glazing systems Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings for execution Plan daily site activities and allocate work to technicians and subcontractors Monitor progress and ensure work is executed as per design quality and safety standards Conduct site measurements verify levels and ensure accuracy of fittings and finishes Maintain material records check deliveries and report shortages damages Coordinate with clients consultants and contractors for approvals and inspections Prepare and maintain daily progress reports site logs and checklists Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and statutory requirements Provide technical support to workers and resolve on-site issues Assist in project handover snag list clearance and final inspection Key Skills Competencies Robust knowledge of aluminum windows doors and facade systems Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Good site management coordination and problem-solving skills Knowledge of quality control and safety practices Strong communication and leadership abilities Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD preferred Qualifications Experience Diploma B E B Tech in Civil Mechanical Structural Engineering or related field 2-5 years of experience in site supervision within the fenestration facade construction industry Hands-on experience in aluminum glass installation projects will be an added advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
