Nisha Rajput Coaching is India s fastest-growing and most trusted fashion designing institute founded by renowned fashion designer and educator Nisha Rajput With 16 years of industry expertise and 1 00 000 students trained globally we specialize in skill-based career-oriented fashion education We are now expanding our in-house creative team and looking for a highly experienced designer who can bring innovation expertise and finesse to our projects Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Fashion Designer with hands-on expertise in western wear draping and couture dressmaking The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing cutting stitching and finishing complete designer garments from scratch This is a creative yet highly technical role for someone who can independently manage design projects from idea to final garment Key Responsibilities Design and create western outfits couture dresses and draped garments with originality and high precision Handle the end-to-end garment process fabric selection pattern-making draping cutting stitching fitting and finishing Innovate in styles cuts and silhouettes aligned with modern fashion trends Supervise samples ensure perfect fit and quality control for every piece Collaborate with the creative team and contribute to workshops fashion shoots and training content Manage timelines and deliver designs within deadlines Required Skills Qualifications 8 years of professional experience in fashion design and dressmaking Strong expertise in western wear gowns couture dresses and draping techniques Proven ability to stitch designer dresses independently from scratch not just sketching or pattern-making Advanced knowledge of fabrics garment construction finishing and embellishments Creative flair with a strong portfolio of past work Ability to guide and mentor junior designers or assistants if required Good communication skills and basic English proficiency preferred Education Minimum 12th pass professional diploma degree in fashion design is preferred but not mandatory if skill portfolio are exceptional Salary Benefits Competitive salary 30 000 - 50 000 per month based on experience expertise Performance bonuses and project-based incentives Prospect to work closely with celebrity fashion designer mentor Nisha Rajput Exposure to live workshops fashion shows and training modules Growth opportunity in one of India s leading fashion education brands Directly Call or WhatsApp (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
