Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer Sr Site Engineer to manage day-to-day operations on construction sites ensuring work is carried out safely efficiently and to the highest quality standards The ideal candidate will have robust technical knowledge good communication skills and the ability to manage subcontractors and teams on site Key Responsibilities Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure project milestones are met Interpret technical drawings plans and specifications and ensure they are followed accurately Coordinate with project managers architects subcontractors and other stakeholders Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations Manage site resources including labor materials and equipment Monitor site progress and prepare regular reports on work status Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties or problems on-site Conduct quality control checks and inspections to ensure workmanship meets required Qualifications Bachelor s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field 1-5 years of site engineering or construction experience based on level Sound knowledge of construction methods materials and safety procedures Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Project or other engineering project management software Good communication and organizational skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing site conditions Preferred Skills Certification in health and safety Experience in specific sector - e g residential commercial infrastructure industrial Knowledge of local construction regulations and codes Job Type Full-time Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Night Shift Preferred Overnight Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
