This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Salary range Rs 2000000 - Rs 4000000 ie INR 20-40 LPA Min Experience 8 years JobType full-time We are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team and lead the development of scalable innovative and intelligent applications The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in C NET Python AWS and advanced experience in AI ML and Generative AI technologies With 8-13 years of proven experience you will play a critical role in designing developing and deploying full stack solutions that power next-generation products while collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering data science and cloud infrastructure This is a senior engineering role where you will be expected to leverage your technical expertise problem-solving skills and leadership abilities to deliver high-performance secure and future-ready applications Requirements Key Responsibilities Full Stack Development Design develop and maintain robust applications using C NET and Python ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems Cloud Deployment Architecture Architect and deploy scalable secure and resilient solutions on AWS leveraging services such as Lambda EC2 S3 RDS and API Gateway AI ML GenAI Integration Collaborate with data scientists to build integrate and optimize machine learning models and Generative AI solutions within enterprise-grade applications System Design Architecture Participate in high-level system architecture decisions ensuring efficient design patterns scalability and best practices in microservices and API-driven architecture Performance Optimization Continuously monitor test and optimize application performance to deliver a seamless user experience Security Compliance Implement security best practices ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and secure coding standards Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product managers data engineers and UI UX teams to translate business needs into technical solutions Mentorship Leadership Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation Research Innovation Stay updated on the latest trends in AI ML Generative AI and cloud-native architectures and drive innovation by proposing new tools frameworks and approaches Key Skills Qualifications Education Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field Experience 8-13 years of full stack engineering experience with proven delivery of enterprise-grade applications Technical Expertise Strong hands-on experience with C and NET framework for back-end development Proficiency in Python for data processing machine learning model integration and AI applications Solid knowledge of AWS cloud services and best practices in cloud deployment Proven experience with AI ML frameworks TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn and Generative AI models LLMs diffusion models NLP-based applications Strong understanding of REST APIs microservices and event-driven architecture Familiarity with front-end frameworks React js Angular or Vue js is an added advantage Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving ability communication skills and the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced collaborative environment Leadership Ability to mentor teams influence architectural decisions and lead technical initiatives
