Position Summary The Room Boy Intern supports the housekeeping team in maintaining guest rooms public areas and back-of-house areas as per hotel cleanliness standards The role focuses on learning housekeeping operations ensuring hygiene and assisting in providing a comfortable stay experience for guests Key Responsibilities Guest Room Maintenance Assist in cleaning and preparing guest rooms as per SOPs Change bed linens replace amenities and replenish supplies Maintain bathrooms with proper sanitization and cleanliness Housekeeping Support Help in cleaning corridors lobbies and service areas Assist with laundry and linen handling when required Report maintenance issues or missing items to the supervisor Guest Interaction Greet guests politely when encountered during duty Respond to basic guest requests extra towel amenities etc and report special requests to the supervisor Learning Development Learn standard cleaning procedures use of housekeeping equipment and chemical safety Understand hotel policies regarding lost found guest privacy and safety Gain exposure to inventory management and housekeeping checklists General Duties Follow hygiene and grooming standards at all times Adhere to duty schedules and instructions from supervisors Maintain confidentiality and respect guest belongings Job Types Internship Contractual Temporary Pay 5 000 00 - 7 000 00 per month Perks Food provided Work Location In person
