As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for developing implementing and managing our organization s social media strategy You will create original content manage posts engage with followers and analyse performance metrics to optimize our social media presence Your goal will be to increase brand awareness drive traffic to our digital platforms and foster meaningful connections with our audience Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn and TikTok Monitor trends in social media tools applications channels design and strategy and incorporate them into our strategy as appropriate Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing goals and campaigns Stay up-to-date with social media best practices algorithm changes and industry trends Manage social media advertising campaigns including budget management targeting and optimization Implement and manage social media contests giveaways and other promotional activities Stay informed about our industry competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer feedback in a timely and skilled manner Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or related field Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role In-depth knowledge of social media platforms algorithms and best practices Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus Passion for social media and staying current with industry trends and developments Job Type Full-time Pay 8 086 00 - 15 000 00 per month Experience Social Media Intern 1 year Required Work Location In person
