Operations acts as the strategic interface between business stakeholders and the digital development teams ensuring agile delivery of digital solutions that enhance efficiency visibility and innovation across manufacturing supply chain and operations A purpose driven role for you Digital Product Ownership Define and own the product vision roadmap and backlog for digital solutions supporting operations Manufacturing SCM Quality Plant Maintenance etc Stakeholder Collaboration Act as the primary liaison between business units IT teams and vendors to understand operational challenges and translate them into digital product requirements Agile Delivery Management Lead product development lifecycle using Agile methodology - sprint planning backlog grooming user story creation UAT and release planning Solution Design Collaborate with enterprise architects and solution leads to ensure alignment with overall digital strategy system architecture and IT security standards Process Optimization Identify areas for process improvement and digitization across manufacturing and operations functions drive initiatives to improve OEE reduce downtime and streamline workflows Change Management Facilitate user adoption through effective change management training and continuous feedback loops Vendor Partner Management Coordinate with technology partners and solution vendors for effective product delivery and support A Day in the life To drive digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing and operational functions by defining and delivering digital products aligned with business goals The Lead Product Owner PO -
