About the Role We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Strategist to manage and grow our presence across YouTube Facebook and Instagram The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies to boost engagement expand our audience manage video marketing campaigns and build meaningful collaborations with influencers brands and partners Key Responsibilities Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand visibility and engagement on YouTube Facebook and Instagram Plan schedule and publish engaging video and visual content across platforms Analyze performance metrics views reach engagement conversions and optimize campaigns accordingly Manage promotional campaigns including paid ads giveaways and collaborations Research identify and coordinate with influencers creators and brands for partnerships Stay updated on industry trends platform algorithms and competitor strategies Ensure brand consistency across all content and communication Monitor community feedback respond to comments messages and foster audience relationships Collaborate with content creators designers and marketing teams to execute campaigns Skills Qualifications Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist Manager or similar role Strong understanding of YouTube Facebook and Instagram algorithms trends and best practices Hands-on experience with social media analytics tools e g Meta Business Suite YouTube Analytics Creative mindset with strong storytelling and video marketing skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Knowledge of influencer marketing and negotiation for partnerships Ability to manage multiple campaigns projects simultaneously Preferred Experience in video editing tools or coordinating with video editors Prior work in influencer management collaborations or digital marketing campaigns Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Instagram YouTube Job Type Full-time Pay 400 000 00 - 1 000 000 00 per year Perks Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work from home
