Job Title Billing Estimation Engineer Company Name SHIVNERI GARDEN CONTRACTOR Location Navi Mumbai Employment Type Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Estimation Engineer to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates analyzing project requirements managing billing documentation and coordinating with project teams to ensure accurate cost and quantity assessments Key Responsibilities Prepare and review project cost estimates and budgets Analyze tender documents drawings and specifications to prepare BOQs Bill of Quantities Prepare rate analysis for various construction items Generate client and subcontractor bills as per work progress Track project costs and quantities to ensure accurate billing Coordinate with site engineers procurement teams and contractors for data collection and verification Maintain records of measurements variations and additional work Assist in preparing and submitting tenders and quotations Ensure compliance with contract terms company standards and applicable codes Key Skills Competencies Solid knowledge of billing processes and estimation techniques Proficiency in MS Excel AutoCAD and quantity surveying software Understanding of construction drawings and specifications Good negotiation and communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations Ability to work under tight deadlines Qualification Experience Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field 2-5 years of experience in billing estimation or quantity surveying freshers with strong fundamentals may also apply Experience in landscaping is an added advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location Remote
