Job Summary Structural audit is the visual survey of an structure to identify the various structural problems in that structure and provide with corrective measures to the client your role will be in assisting the structural engineer to carryout the structural audit and help in preparing the plans supervising the lab testing Co-ordinating with client and Preparing the reports Responsibilities and Duties Job description Performing structural audit of residential Commercial Educational or any other building Preparing rough plans of structure layout Architecture during audit Preparing actual autocad plan of the same rough plans which you have drawn on field Preparing 3 D plan in some cases of structure Preparing a detailed distress map a map showing distress points in structure Helping and assisting in preparation of technical reports of Audit Supervise the testing carried out by our lab technician Proper training will be provided Estimation of quantities for new construction or repair work Preparing reports of audit and meeting with client Drafting of structural drawings Mostly Steel and RCC Assisting in the design and analysis of RCC structures if applicable Any other work related to official work Key Skills Autocad civil engineer Required Experience and Qualifications A civil engineer with good Experience in structural audit will be best suited for this job A person with a minimum of 3 years of experience will be more preferred Experience in structural engineering field will be preferred Experience in Site supervision will be an added advantage candidates looking for long term work minimum 3 years should only express interest However freshers can also apply Benefits Training Mentoring Travel expenses The firm is a small firm and you will help in growing the company Diverse exposure unlike site supervision and other jobs to different fields of civil engineering For example we work in 1 Auditing 2 New construction 3 Retrofitting of old structures 4 Architectural work 5 Project management and consultation work 6 Structural design and earthquake design so it will be a great experience and good opportunity to learn Job Types Full time Fresher Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Work Location In person Application Deadline 29 10 2020
