Role Overview The Site Supervisor cum Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing interior and infrastructure project execution at the site level The role involves supervising contractors ensuring quality workmanship coordinating materials maintaining safety standards and ensuring timely completion of work as per drawings and specifications Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site activities including civil interior electrical plumbing and finishing works Interpret and execute architectural engineering drawings on site Monitor workforce subcontractors and vendors to ensure adherence to project timelines Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications and safety standards Prepare daily weekly progress reports and submit to Project Manager Coordinate with procurement team for material requirements and ensure proper storage utilization Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical site issues Maintain site records including attendance measurements work progress and material usage Liaise with clients consultants and internal project teams for smooth execution Enforce site safety protocols and ensure safe working conditions Qualifications Skills Diploma B Tech B E in Civil Engineering Interior Design or related field 4-6 years of relevant experience in Interior Fit-Outs Infrastructure Projects or Construction Supervision Robust understanding of civil interior finishing and MEP works Proficiency in reading interpreting AutoCAD drawings and BOQs Working knowledge of MS Office Word Excel Project Good communication leadership and team management skills Ability to handle multiple contractors and ensure timely completion Knowledge of safety practices and site management Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 31 570 64 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
