Experience in a garment manufacturing or Export House is necessary Only candidates from Delhi NCR must apply ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Candidates must have experience in QA in a garment export house Develop manage implement communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company Quality Assurance Systems Lead the fabric QC Checker team and provide technical guidance In-depth knowledge of patterns basic synthetic and natural fabric dyeing and printing techniques Work with the fabric mills Printers and dyeing vendors to establish the best quality system and hold them accountable to these standards Must be able to tell fabric consumption for costing requirements based on tech packs and sketches Foresee fabric quality issues and provide solutions to overcome them Do quality audits for bulk fabrics and trims Give real-time feedback to respective departments to minimize loss of quality and time Give accurate and timely decisions for major troubleshooting of the process Color fastness - color fastness to rubbing hand feel etc Shrinkage test - appearance dimension stability spirility etc Formulating reports on computers Working knowledge of Google Drive especially Excel and database system REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS A minimum of 3 years experience working Strong organizational and time management skills Good communication skills both written and verbal Adequate knowledge of garment production processes and quality control procedures Proficiency in MS Office applications Word Excel PowerPoint Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced dynamic industry Must have his transportation motorbike or another vehicle Job Type Full-time Salary 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience QA QC 2-3 years Preferred Job Type Full time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person Application Deadline 01 09 2024 Expected Start Date 01 09 2024
