About the Role We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Marketing Head to lead the marketing function for our commercial real estate projects The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in real estate marketing brand positioning and digital campaigns This role requires close coordination with external marketing agencies as well as internal oversight of operations to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy Planning Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for commercial real estate projects Define and drive brand positioning lead generation and customer engagement initiatives Plan marketing budgets and ensure optimum utilization for maximum ROI Agency Coordination Vendor Management Act as the primary point of contact between the company and external marketing advertising agencies Brief agencies on campaigns ensure alignment with business objectives and monitor execution quality Negotiate and manage contracts with agencies media partners and vendors Operational Oversight Oversee day-to-day marketing operations including digital marketing social media print events and outdoor campaigns Ensure timely execution of campaigns and marketing deliverables across all channels Monitor performance metrics leads inquiries conversions and provide regular reports to management Collaboration Stakeholder Management Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales targets and business objectives Coordinate with project and design teams for marketing collaterals brochures site branding and project launches Support investor and client engagement events exhibitions and promotional activities Market Research Innovation Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and customer preferences Recommend cutting-edge marketing approaches to strengthen brand visibility and positioning in the market Key Requirements Experience 10-12 years of experience in real estate marketing commercial preferred Proven track record of managing agencies and handling 360-degree marketing campaigns Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
