We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager with solid expertise in Web3 technologies and Full Stack development to oversee end-to-end delivery of blockchain and decentralized application dApp projects You will bridge the gap between technical teams business stakeholders and clients ensuring successful execution within timelines and budget Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver Web3 blockchain and full stack development projects from initiation to completion Define project scope objectives milestones and deliverables in alignment with client goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams developers designers QA and product owners to ensure smooth execution Track project progress manage risks and resolve blockers proactively Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation sprint plans and status reports Ensure compliance with best practices security standards and scalability requirements in Web3 development Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders ensuring clear communication Drive Agile Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives Required Skills Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager in Web3 blockchain or full stack software development projects Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals smart contracts Solidity Rust NFTs DeFi dApps DAOs and token standards Good knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies React Node js Next js Python etc Experience with cloud platforms AWS GCP Azure and DevOps tools Hands-on familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira Trello or Asana Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Job Type Full-time Pay 27 840 15 - 107 510 00 per month Work Location In person
