Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Estimation HVAC to join our team in Mumbai The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in preparing accurate cost estimates analyzing tenders and leading the estimation function for mid to large-scale HVAC projects Key Responsibilities Lead the estimation process for HVAC projects ensuring accuracy and competitiveness Review tender documents drawings and BOQs to understand project requirements Prepare detailed cost estimates including material equipment and labor Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for updated pricing and technical specifications Work closely with the design procurement and project teams for seamless handover Analyze risks and provide value-engineering solutions to optimize project costs Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance with client requirements Mentor and guide junior estimation engineers within the team Requirements Bachelor s degree Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred 8-10 years of proven HVAC estimation experience Mandatory Solid knowledge of HVAC systems equipment selection and costing Proficiency in MS Excel estimation tools and BOQ preparation Excellent communication analytical and negotiation skills Job Type Full-time Pay 80 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
