We are looking for an Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right educational programs and support them throughout the admission process The role involves counseling students handling inquiries converting leads into admissions and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience Location Kochi Contact (phone hidden) Key Responsibilities Handle student inquiries and follow up with leads generated through various channels Counsel students on course options eligibility and career opportunities Guide students through the admission process including documentation and fee submission Provide detailed information about academic programs schedules and policies Achieve admission and counseling targets set by the management Maintain accurate records of student interactions and conversions in the CRM system Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure trust and long-term engagement Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to support student requirements Stay updated with educational trends curriculum changes and career pathways Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high student satisfaction Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree 1-3 years of experience in academic counseling admissions or student support Ed-Tech preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to guide students with empathy and professionalism Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting admission counseling targets Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Work Location In person
