Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Repairing Trainer to join our training institute in Kochi The trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on training sessions in Air Conditioning AC installation repair and maintenance to students ensuring they gain both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise Key Responsibilities Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on AC repairing installation and servicing Teach fundamentals of refrigeration cooling systems wiring and troubleshooting Provide live demonstrations and guide students on handling tools and equipment safely Prepare lesson plans training materials and assessments for students Evaluate student progress and provide feedback Ensure adherence to industry safety standards and best practices Stay updated with the latest technology in HVAC AC repairing Qualifications Skills ITI Diploma Certification in Refrigeration Air Conditioning or equivalent Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in AC repair and maintenance Prior teaching or training experience preferred not mandatory Strong communication skills in Malayalam and or English Ability to conduct both theory and practical classes Good problem-solving and mentoring skills Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Advantages Provident Fund Work Location In person
