We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our team In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and service to our clients within the manufacturing sector You will work closely with programmable logic controllers HVAC systems and various mechanical and electrical components to ensure optimal performance and maintenance of equipment Your expertise in industrial mechanics customer service and technical analysis will be essential in delivering solutions that meet client needs Duties Perform installation maintenance and repair of equipment in manufacturing facilities Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to programmable logic controllers PLC and HVAC R systems Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems CMMS for tracking maintenance activities Conduct inspections using precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters Collaborate with clients to provide technical sales support and solutions tailored to their requirements Operate scissor lifts safely while performing field service tasks Read and interpret schematics to diagnose electrical and mechanical problems effectively Maintain high standards of customer service while addressing client inquiries and concerns Assist in welding tasks as needed ensuring adherence to safety protocols Provide training and support to clients on equipment operation and maintenance best practices Requirements Proven experience as an industrial mechanic or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance Familiarity with hydraulics electrical systems high voltage and low voltage and field service operations Proficient in using programmable logic controllers PLC and CMMS software Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships Solid communication skills in English additional languages are a plus Military experience is advantageous but not required Knowledge of welding techniques is preferred particularly welding practices Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Join us as we strive for excellence in service engineering ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support for their manufacturing needs Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance
