Job Title Back Office Executive - Operations Experience Required 2 to 5 Years We are looking for a dedicated Back Office Executive - Operations with experience in solar energy projects particularly Solar Street Lighting and Solar Rooftop Systems The candidate should also have a good understanding of RMS Remote Monitoring System and CMS Central Monitoring System Key Responsibilities Handle support functions such as data entry record management and report preparation Conduct regular site visits for project monitoring and reporting Assist in documentation and coordination for ongoing projects Maintain project records and ensure accuracy of reports Support the operations team in tracking and monitoring solar system performance Prepare daily weekly monthly reports for management review Coordinate with field staff and vendors for smooth project execution Requirements 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in back office operations preferably in the renewable energy sector Knowledge of Solar Street Lighting Solar Rooftop Systems Familiarity with RMS and CMS monitoring tools Strong skills in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Good organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type Full time Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
