About the Company DHE Heaters Pvt Ltd is a trusted manufacturer and exporter of high-quality industrial heating solutions specializing in the production of heating elements like cartridge heaters mica band heaters ceramic heaters and more We are committed to delivering creative and reliable thermal solutions to clients globally Location Hirapur Ahmedabad Gujarat Position Summary We are seeking a Junior QC Engineer to join our quality control team The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing inspections testing products and ensuring that all manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual looking to grow in the field of quality assurance in manufacturing Key Responsibilities Product Inspections Perform routine inspections and testing on raw materials in-process materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Process Monitoring Monitor production processes to detect defects and ensure adherence to quality specifications Documentation Maintain and update quality records inspection logs and test reports in a timely and accurate manner Non-Conformance Management Identify and document non-conformities report findings to senior QC staff and assist in corrective actions Testing Analysis Assist in testing materials and products for strength durability and functionality Collaborate with Teams Work closely with the production and engineering teams to identify quality improvement opportunities Equipment Calibration Assist in the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment Compliance Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality control procedures Support in Audits Participate in internal and external audits as needed to maintain certifications and standards Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field Experience 0-2 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role preferably in manufacturing Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 757 47 - 25 467 33 per month Work Location In person
