Job title Packaging Officer Experience 3-4 Years Working days 6 days in a week Wednesday-Mondays Weekly off Tuesday Key Responsibilities Packing and Labelling Weighing packing and labelling finished products according to company procedures Quality Control Identifying and removing defective items to maintain quality standards Material Handling Utilizing packaging materials efficiently including tools padding and adhesives Record Keeping Maintaining accurate records of processed materials Online BPR updates Safety and Cleanliness Following safety protocols ensuring a hazard-free workspace and maintaining a clean and organized packing area Workflow Optimization Coordinating with team members to optimize workflow and minimize wastage Compliance Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards Equipment Maintenance Inspecting maintaining and troubleshooting equipment including packaging machinery Training May be involved in training new hires on packaging procedures and equipment operation Production Support Monitoring production flow identifying potential issues and reporting to relevant personnel Skills and Qualifications Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately Basic reading and writing skills Physical endurance and the ability to lift items Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with basic packaging equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of safety regulations and practices Positive communication skills Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
