Job Summary The Senior Branch Manager SBM is responsible for managing the overall operations business growth and profitability of the branch The SBM ensures achievement of business targets compliance with NBFC policies regulatory requirements and high-quality customer service Key Responsibilities Business Sales Management Achieve branch targets for loans deposits and other financial products Develop and execute strategies to grow customer base and revenue Identify business opportunities and new segments for growth Monitor and improve collection efficiency and asset quality Team Leadership Development Lead mentor and manage branch staff to achieve individual and team targets Conduct training and skill development sessions for employees Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback Operations Compliance Ensure smooth functioning of all branch operations including loan processing disbursement and recovery Maintain compliance with NBFC internal policies RBI guidelines and statutory regulations Oversee audit KYC and documentation processes Customer Relationship Management Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints Ensure superior service standards at the branch Financial Risk Management Monitor branch profitability and cost control Analyze financial statements delinquency reports and portfolio performance Take proactive steps to minimize risk and prevent NPAs Non-Performing Assets Qualifications Experience Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance Business Administration or related field 8-12 years of experience in NBFCs banking or financial services with at least 3-5 years in branch management Strong understanding of lending products risk management and regulatory compliance Skills Competencies Leadership and people management skills Solid sales negotiation and communication abilities Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability Customer-centric approach with high ethical standards Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
