About the job Spark Studio is looking for teachers to join us on the journey of nurturing talents and building creativity and confidence in children through courses in Communication Skills Music and Visual Arts We re looking for passionate and committed communication facilitators for our Public Speaking and Debate courses About us Spark Studio is an online learning platform enabling high-quality extra-curricular learning for children age group of 6 yrs in the fields of Visual Arts Music and Communications Purpose We believe children are innately multi-faceted curious and joyful We work towards developing children holistically by stimulating their brains left and right brains both with a rich curriculum that engages their imagination builds critical thinking and enables them to express themselves Furthermore discovering talents and building interest in the arts is a joy and we hope to help children find this joy Criteria for Candidature An ideal candidate must be enthusiastic about teaching in an online medium Should Hold 1 years of experience in teaching English communication Available to teach more than 10 hours a week between 2 00 PM to 7 00 PM Mon to Fri or 11 00 AM to 7 00 PM Sat and Sun This is non-negotiable Experience in teaching Public Speaking and Debate will be a plus point Having TKT TEFL CELTA or any other certification will be a plus point Be excited to teach and coach young children for at least 2-3 hours every week Be skilled to engage children following our top-notch curriculum Be passionate about building the skills of expression and imagination in students Responsibilities Be available for a minimum of 5 hours a week between 2 00 PM IST to 8 00 PM IST on weekdays Mon to Fri and 11 00 AM IST to 8 00 PM IST on weekends Sat Sun Conduct online classes per our expert-built curriculum Engage with Spark Studio team for reflection feedback and professional growth Assess students periodically while working as a team to ensure all children are developing and learning at the appropriate pace and reaching learning outcomes Participate in teacher development workshops and grow as a teacher Job Types Part-time Contractual Temporary Freelance Contract length 3-12 months Pay 300 00 per hour Advantages Flexible schedule Work from home Experience total work 2 years Preferred Work Location Remote
