We are looking for a technical writer for our client Datacenter Business based out of Delhi Roles and Responsibilities As a Technical Writer you will Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all product workflows and configurations tailored to each customer setting Collaborate with engineering product management and customer success teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy Create user manuals installation guides deployment guides API documentation walk-through videos and other technical materials Ensure all documentation is current with the latest product features and updates Work closely with the engineering team to understand technical aspects of our products and translate them into clear concise documentation Assist in developing templates and standards for technical documentation Conduct regular reviews and updates of documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy Provide documentation support during customer onboarding and implementation phases Continuously improve documentation processes and tools to enhance productivity and quality Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to write in a clear concise and engaging manner Proficiency in using popular technical documentation tools Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Qualifications Bachelor s degree in computer science IT engineering or a related field Experience Proven experience 3 - 5 years as a Technical Writer preferably in a technology focused environment Job Type Full Time Regular Work from Office in Delhi Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 600 000 00 - 1 000 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
