At EY we re all in to shape your future with confidence We ll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go Join EY and help to build a better working world Career FamilyMuleSoft Integrations Role TypeMuleSoft Integration Architect The opportunity We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Support Engineer to join our team The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining MuleSoft applications and integrations You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our integration solutions providing technical support and collaborating with development teams to enhance our API management capabilities Your key responsibilities Provide expert technical support for MuleSoft applications APIs and integrations ensuring optimal performance and availability Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to MuleSoft integrations including analyzing logs and debugging applications Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices for API design development and deployment Monitor MuleSoft environments to ensure high availability performance and security Assist in the deployment and configuration of MuleSoft applications across various environments development testing production Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide effective integration solutions Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for support processes troubleshooting guides and system configurations Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features tools and industry best practices to enhance support capabilities Participate in on-call support rotation and provide after-hours support as needed Skills and attributes for success Experience 4-7 Years of experience required in MuleSoft with MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect certification To qualify for the role you must have Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field 6 to 8 years of experience in MuleSoft development and support Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform including Mule ESB API Manager and CloudHub Proficiency in integration patterns API design and RESTful services Experience with troubleshooting and debugging MuleSoft applications Familiarity with CI CD processes and tools e g Jenkins Git Knowledge of cloud technologies and services AWS Azure etc is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Ideally you ll also have MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect certification Experience with monitoring tools e g Splunk New Relic for performance analysis Understanding of security best practices for API management What we look for A team of people with client orientation experience and enthusiasm to learn new things in this fast-moving environment An opportunity to be a part of a market-leading multi-disciplinary team of hundreds of professionals Opportunities to work with EY Platform practices globally with leading businesses across a range of industries What we offer EY Global Delivery Services GDS is a dynamic and truly global delivery network We work across six locations -
