We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer to lead and coordinate maintenance activities ensuring the reliability efficiency and safety of all equipment and infrastructure The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise leadership abilities and a proactive approach to preventative and predictive maintenance lead supervise and mentor the maintenance team providing technical guidance and support Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and increase equipment reliability Troubleshoot complex mechanical electrical and automation issues across a wide range of systems Oversee critical equipment repairs root cause analysis and corrective action implementation Ensure compliance with safety regulations environmental standards and company policies Collaborate with engineering production and quality teams to support continuous improvement initiatives Manage maintenance budgets spare parts inventory and procurement of tools equipment Maintain accurate maintenance records logs and documentation using CMMS Computerized Maintenance Management Systems Evaluate select and liaise with external contractors and vendors when necessary Job Types Full time Permanent Contractual Temporary Contract length 12 months Pay 16 265 53 - 62 691 44 per month Schedule Rotational shift
