Key Responsibilities Site Safety Monitoring Monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols Conduct site safety inspections and prepare reports Hazard Identification Identify potential hazards and unsafe acts conditions and report to the Safety Manager Assist in developing preventive and corrective measures Toolbox Talks Training Conduct daily weekly toolbox talks to create awareness among workers Support in organizing safety training programs for site personnel PPE Compliance Ensure all workers are equipped with the necessary Personal Protective Equipment PPE Check PPE usage and report non-compliance Documentation Maintain safety documentation including incident accident reports near-miss records safety checklists and inspection registers Assist in maintaining statutory safety registers and records Incident Investigation Assist in investigating accidents and near-miss incidents and suggest preventive action plans Coordination Coordinate with site engineers subcontractors and vendors to enforce safety protocols Support Safety Manager in audits and third-party inspections Requirements Education Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering with Safety certification e g NEBOSH IOSH Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred Experience 0-2 years of experience in safety at civil interior project sites Job Types Full-time Permanent Benefits Versatile schedule Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
