Job Title MST - Engineering Location The Postcard Durrung Tea Estate Assam Department Engineering Maintenance Reports To Chief Engineer Resort Manager Employment Type Full-Time About The Postcard Hotel The Postcard Hotel is a collection of intimate experiential luxury hotels in exceptional locations across India and beyond At The Postcard Durrung Tea Estate guests are immersed in the serene beauty of Assam s tea country where nature culture and quiet luxury converge Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on technically sound MST Multi-Skilled Technician to support day-to-day maintenance operations at the property The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of HVAC systems and basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems Key Responsibilities Support preventive and routine maintenance of HVAC systems across guest rooms and public areas Troubleshoot and assist with minor electrical repairs wiring lighting and switchboards Perform plumbing-related fixes including leak checks pipe fittings and basic drainage issues Coordinate with vendors or senior engineers for larger repair works Maintain maintenance logs and ensure timely resolution of guest complaints Assist in upkeep of generators water heaters pumps and other utility equipment Ensure compliance with safety standards hygiene and environmental practices Candidate Requirements 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in a hotel resort or residential facility Basic technical knowledge of HVAC electrical systems and plumbing Willingness to learn and support multiple engineering functions as required Physically fit and able to work flexible schedule or on-call as needed Strong sense of responsibility punctuality and guest-service mindset Preference will be given to candidates from Assam or nearby regions What We Offer Opportunity to be part of a premium hospitality brand in a culturally rich setting On-the-job training and exposure to luxury hotel engineering standards Accommodation and meals provided by the company A supportive and professional work environment with scope for growth Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per year Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
