Job description Key Responsibilities Installation and Commissioning Install configure and commission automation systems according to client specifications Conduct thorough testing to ensure proper functionality and performance Maintenance and Repair Perform routine maintenance on automation systems to ensure optimal performance Diagnose and repair malfunctions to minimize downtime Identify and replace faulty components or parts as necessary Technical Support Provide technical support to clients via phone email or on-site visits Troubleshoot automation issues and provide timely and effective solutions Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve complex technical problems Inspection and Testing Conduct regular inspections of automation equipment to identify potential issues Perform testing and calibration procedures to maintain system accuracy Document inspection and test results and report findings to clients Client Training Train clients and end-users on the proper operation and maintenance of automation systems Create user manuals and documentation for clients to reference Provide ongoing technical training and support to clients as needed Documentation Maintain detailed records of service and maintenance activities Generate service reports and documentation for each client visit Update technical manuals and documentation based on system modifications and improvements Collaboration and Communication Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable automation solutions Communicate effectively with clients providing updates on service activities and addressing concerns promptly Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to stay updated on the latest automation technologies and products Requirements Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Proven experience in the installation maintenance and repair of automation systems Good communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly to clients and team members Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Willingness to travel to client sites for in office support and maintenance Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Field service fresher to 2 years Preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 300 000 00 - 900 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Automation 1 year Required Service 3 years Required Work Location In person
