Job Title CRM Manager - High-Rise Residential Projects Work Location Kelambakkam Padur Reporting To Director Key Responsibilities Be the main contact person for customers after they book their unit Help customers through the steps like signing agreements making payments registration and getting possession Keep customers updated regularly about the project status and next steps Work with the Legal Sales Projects and Finance teams to get documents approved and tasks completed on time Make sure everything follows RERA rules and project deadlines Handle the final handover process - including paperwork solving issues if any and giving the keys Do site visits with customers fix any problems they point out and make sure everything is ready Keep all customer records updated in the CRM system like Salesforce or Zoho Prepare reports and track things like payments complaint resolutions and customer feedback Quickly solve any customer complaints requests or problems Take feedback from customers after they get possession and track their satisfaction using scores like NPS or CSAT Manage all paperwork like agreements payment collections and property registrations Work with banks and customers to help with home loans APF Approved Project Finance and NOCs Skills Experience 5-15 years experience in CRM roles within high-rise residential construction Strong knowledge of RERA documentation process and handover protocols Excellent in customer communication problem-solving and follow-through Proficient in CRM tools Excel and ERP platforms Interested person share me your update resume to sounderrecruiter rld net in or whatsapp to 91 (phone hidden) Job Type Full time Pay 45 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
