Position Center Head Directress Location Address- House No 1828 A Block AECS Layout Singasandra Bangalore- 560068 Upcoming Center Working time 9 00 to 6 30PM Mon to Fri and Sat 10 to 4PM JOB DESCRIPTION CENTRE DIRECTRESS Leadership and Management Provide strong leadership to a team of teachers and support staff Foster a positive and collaborative work environment Set and communicate clear expectations for staff performance Supervise and support staff in their professional development Curriculum and Educational Programs Oversee the development and implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum Ensure that all educational programs align with relevant early childhood education standards Monitor and assess the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary improvements Operations Management Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling enrolment and parent communication Maintain a clean safe and well-organized preschool environment Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Financial Management Develop and manage the centre s budget Monitor expenses revenue and financial performance Seek opportunities to increase enrollment and revenue Parent and Community Engagement Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and families Foster community partnerships and outreach efforts to enhance the centre s reputation Staff Development Recruit hire and train teaching and support staff Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback Develop professional growth plans for staff members Reporting and Documentation Maintain accurate records and documentation related to enrolment attendance and curriculum Prepare reports for the board and stakeholders as required Skills and Specification Education Qualification Experience Graduation 2-3 years of experience as a Centre Directress Branch Head OR o Graduation 2-3 years of experience in client management OR Graduation 5 years of Teaching Experience Efficient enough to understand a child s development and needs Ability to work with parents and encourage their involvement Proven ability to take key decisions independently and lead a team Ability to self - evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities Should have an influential personality with excellent communication skills spoken and written Basic Computer Knowledge - MS Excel - MS Power Point - MS Word - Email Writing - Google Drive - Google Sheets Kindly share your CV kanchan footprintseducation in Keep in Subject line Center Head-Singasandra Upcoming center Job Type Full time Pay 47 747 23 - 50 544 65 per month Benefits Paid sick time Application Question s Where do you stay in Bangalore Are you immediate joiner What is your current salary what is you expected salary Work Location In person
