Department IT Digital Transformation Location Pune Experience Required 5 Years Industry Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Role Summary We are looking for a skilled Software Consultant with hands-on experience in ERP implementation and troubleshooting specifically in a manufacturing environment The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end ERP deployment user training system customization and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth operations across departments Key Responsibilities ERP Implementation Configuration Lead or support end-to-end implementation of ERP systems preferably Odoo SAP or Oracle Map business processes and configure ERP modules Inventory Production Sales Finance HR etc to align with manufacturing workflows Customize forms reports dashboards and workflows as per business needs Issue Resolution Support Identify diagnose and resolve ERP-related errors and system bugs Provide technical support to end-users and departments for smooth day-to-day ERP operations Liaise with ERP vendors or development teams for escalated issues and upgrades Training Documentation Conduct user training sessions for ERP usage reporting and best practices Develop SOPs user manuals and training materials for all functional modules Data Management Reporting Ensure accurate data migration validation and integrity during and post-implementation Develop MIS and custom reports based on departmental requirements System Integration Security Integrate ERP with third-party systems such as Tally Payroll CRM or Barcode Scanners Set up user roles access rights and data security protocols in coordination with IT Continuous Improvement Monitor system performance and user feedback to suggest upgrades or workflow improvements Stay updated with ERP version changes and ensure business continuity during updates Key Skills Competencies Strong understanding of ERP systems preferably Odoo SAP Business One Oracle NetSuite Good knowledge of SQL Python Odoo JavaScript or other ERP customization languages Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes - BOM MRP Inventory Procurement Production etc Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Good communication documentation and training skills Educational Qualifications B E B Tech in Computer Science IT or MCA or equivalent ERP functional technical certification preferred but not mandatory Preferred Candidate Profile 5 years of experience in ERP implementation and support in manufacturing industry Experience in working with cross-functional teams Production Purchase Accounts Stores Ability to work independently as well as part of a larger digital transformation initiative Job Type Full time Pay 233 421 97 - 1 356 589 07 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
