Job Purpose This role is responsible for managing CMOs and other vendors with regards to issuing POs and maintain compliance related to documentation Updated master data related to Source to Pay in ARIBA and SAP Resolve issues related to payment rate quantity discrepancies and support other functions in ES Provide the interface between the ES teams and CMO for cost aspects understanding business requirements resolving commercial issues and alignment with operational activity Provide support in negotiating with suppliers for purchase of Finished goods under LL Loan License and Traded arrangements Key Responsibilities Commercial Compliance Checking current months Agreed Supply Plans and provided POs to Vendors Monthly Check Updating and sign off of Price master in the system Monthly monitoring of PPV Purchase Price Variance and discrepancies w r t to PPV reporting System Issue Resolution with accounts and IT departments Ensure appropriate documentation like commercial contract letters and all supporting documents for cost sheets are maintained properly along with cost sheet verification Identify and deliver cost saving opportunities for sourcing Debit and Credit notes - Calculation and verification of invoices debit credit note Approving in the same for payment Administration and documentation support Legal Compliance Sharing draft agreements Non-Disclosure Agreement P2P Loan License Site exit Product discontinuation Product addition etc agreements well before expiry with CMOs Timely execution and documentation for renewal of all Agreements System updating for the contracts in CLM Ariba with all necessary system compliance Due Diligence New CMO new site onboarding compliance from eRFI to vendor creation and placing POs Due diligence and verification during PR raised ensuring proper cost centers alignment with CC owners and finance Maintenance of supporting documents for audit readiness and first point of contact for auditors overall documents and system hygiene from Sourcing perspective Support to Ongoing Business Payment issue resolution discrepancy dashboard in charge for ES maintaining repositories for price masters legal contracts cost sheets and all other supporting documents Raising PRs for all one-time costs Non-production related POs Key KPI contributions Contribute in cost saving targets for the function Improvement initiatives part of Operational Efficiency- Process improvement and cost improvement initiatives Kaizens ZAPs Zero Accident Promotion incidents and other GPS Operational Efficiency targets for the function Knowledge Education Previous Experience Required A Educational Background 1 Minimum Level of Education - Graduate in Science with minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry Area of Specialisation - Knowledge of Commercial Terms Legal Terms ERPs - SAP Why is this Level of Education Required To understand CMO operations needed Knowledge of Legal aspects of Agreements is needed to understand to the contracts legal reputational and compliance risks point of view SAP CERPS knowledge to do the day-to-day transactions B Job-Related Experience Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience required -
