Assess patients physical abilities through evaluative procedures and determine realistic rehabilitation goals Design and implement individualized treatment plans using exercises manual therapy and modalities such as ultrasound heat or electrical stimulation Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Educate patients and their families about ongoing care exercises and use of mobility aids Collaborate with physicians surgeons and other healthcare team members to plan patient care Maintain accurate and timely patient records and reports Ensure adherence to hospital policies and safety standards Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions Train and guide junior staff or interns if applicable Promote awareness about physical therapy through patient education sessions or hospital events Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Physiotherapy BPT MPT Valid registration with the state physiotherapy council Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred fresher may be considered Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team Knowledge of physiotherapy equipment and safety protocols Job Type Full time Pay 16 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
