We are a leading coaching institute specializing in NEET and JEE exam preparation dedicated to helping students achieve their dreams of pursuing careers in medicine and engineering Our programs combine expert faculty comprehensive study materials and personalized guidance to ensure high success rates in these competitive exams We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Counsellor to join our team In this role you will be responsible for engaging with potential leads via phone calls providing information about our NEET and JEE preparation courses and converting inquiries into enrolled students This position requires excellent communication skills a passion for education and the ability to build trust with parents and students Full-time position based in Barrackpore Kolkata Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to leads generated from inquiries website forms social media and marketing campaigns Provide detailed information about our NEET and JEE coaching programs including course structure faculty expertise success stories and fee details Counsel prospective students and their parents on exam preparation strategies career paths in medicine engineering and how our institute can support their goals Identify needs and objections of leads and effectively address them to convert calls into enrollments Follow up on warm leads through calls emails or messages to nurture relationships and close deals Maintain accurate records of calls conversions and feedback in our CRM system Collaborate with the marketing and admissions team to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in any field prior experience in education sales or customer service is preferred Proven track record in tele-calling counselling or sales roles ideally in the education sector Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali Hindi and English and with a clear and confident phone presence Solid interpersonal skills to build rapport and handle objections empathetically Basic computer proficiency including MS Office Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
