Responsibilities Supervise daily accounting transactions including bank reconciliations accounts payable receivable and general ledger entries Oversee AP AR processes ensuring invoices and payments are accurately processed and recorded Prepare monthly and annual financial reports summarising key variances for management review Conduct bank reconciliations and support month end closing to maintain timely financial close cycles Mentor and guide junior accounting staff providing on the job training and performance feedback Implement basic accounting controls and procedures to safeguard financial data and support audit readiness Requirements 1-5 years of accounting experience with at least some supervisory or lead hand responsibility Creative Financial Staffing Proficiency in accounting software e g Tally QuickBooks ERP systems and advanced Excel pivot tables VLOOKUP Teal Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field a professional certification CPA CMA is a plus Barnsco Inc Manufacturing cost accounting exposure preferred ideally within a small to mid sized production environment Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Perks Provident Fund Work Location In person
