Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective promotional materials and content Manage and grow the brand s online presence and engage with our community on social media platforms Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth Organize and oversee promotional events workshops and community outreach initiatives Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners within the fitness industry Assist in budget management and resource allocation for marketing activities Organize community events workshops and collaborations to increase brand awareness and foster community engagement Collaborate with instructors and staff to highlight unique fitness programs and services offered by our studio Build and nurture partnerships with local businesses to drive brand outreach Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives adjusting strategies as needed Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field 2 years of experience in marketing preferably within the fitness or wellness industry Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously Passion for fitness and wellness with a good understanding of current trends in the industry Shift timings and hours of work The Employee s shift timings and hours of work per day will be governed by the applicable policies of the Employer Without prejudice to the above the Employee must be available to work 6 days per week including either Saturdays or Sundays and must also be able to work flexible schedules including weekends nights early mornings and holidays The Employee shall be required to work a maximum of 48 hours each week For the purpose of this Agreement a week begins on Sunday and ends on Saturday Job Type Full time Pay 800 000 00 - 1 000 000 00 per year Application Question s What is you current CTC What is your notice period Work Location In person
